Autumn has officially arrived, the celebratory season between summer and winter. With autumn comes the arrival of cooler temperatures, earlier nightfall and some of the most beautiful shades and colors nature has to offer. I love the pleasure I get from working the soil and holding the earth in my hands. I feel like a fine chef when I step outside and snipping a fresh cut off of an herb from my very own garden to season and flavor my family’s next meal.
